HOW IT WORKS

                Reservation- 
                     1. Reservation Application- Enter the required information such as pick up date and number of people into the reservation form and submit.

                     2. Reservation Confirmation- You will receive an email indicating that your reservation has been received
 (automatic transmission email).
- You will later receive an invoice from CITY CAB TOKYO/PayPal to provide payment information.
- Please follow the guidance of the invoice to complete payment procedures.
 
- You will receive an email indicating that your reservation has been received
- 
                    3. Reservation Establishment- Your reservation will be established once payment has been confirmed.
- You will receive a reservation establishment email.
 
- 
                    4. Final Information- You will receive a final information email about the assigned driver and your reservation.
 
 
-

                Cancellation- 
                    1. Cancellation Application- You can cancel your reservation by accessing the URL in the reservation confirmation email sent by CITY CAB TOKYO, and navigating to the designated page.
 
- 
                    2. Cancellation Confirmation- You will receive an email to inform you that cancellation is completed. (automatic transmission email)
 
- 
                    3. Settlement Information- You will receive an email from CITY CAB TOKYO/PayPal containing settlement information.

                Changes- 
                    1. Changes before Payment- After cancelling the original reservation, please make another reservation.
 
- 
                    2. Changes after Payment- Please contact CITY CAB TOKYO.
